Charlie Bears Delivery Update
Dear Customer,

As expected Charlie Bears have seen a massive upturn in the number of orders placed for both the new collection and existing lines. We receive deliveries every week and will update our website with availability weekly. All customers that have pre-ordered bears will receive priority attention.

Delivery will be on a first come first served basis, click on each bear to see the status, where not in stock delivery is sometine during 2010, if you are ordering multiple bears we will dispatch when all your order is available, split dispatches are available at 1st class postage rate for each parcel sent.

Please note orders placed will receive priority over enquiries Orders will be dispatched as soon as the bears arrive in strict order of date of placement. No moneys will be taken until dispatch.

and finally don't worry we have '000s of bears on order, and we can't wait to give them all a cuddle.

For stock temporarily out of stock, please be rest assured it is already on order to replenish our stocks. Orders placed will always take priority on incoming deliveries. For Steiff yellow tags most items are back in stock and siapcthed within 5-7 days.
