Came in very good condition and the receipient loved it! We have a collection of Russ Peepers, but unfortunately it is difficult to obtain them in Canada.
Customer service was excellent, they even supplied a more appropriate gift bag (as the item I purchased was quite small) at no extra charge (other than the gift wrapping fee).

Had an original one for nearly a year with no problems at all. Ordered one as a spare but fell apart. Have another replacement now. My son absolutely loves it!
