Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside United Kingdom or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling For the UK orders of less than £50 a £3 charge will payable, for orders £50 and over P&P is free of charge

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. You will normally receive your order within 10 business days . However some orders may take up to 28 days. You can chose to have UK parcels delivered next day for a small extra charge

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Our business is operated from United Kingdom and VAT is added to all orders, and is inclusive within the price shown. Where parcels are sent ouside the EU, the price remains the same with the VAT portion contributing towards postage and packing. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. All T&C's are governed under english law.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you are not comfortable with this, either order on-line and send your credit card details or cheque seperately. Ask for an invoice to be sent and then make your payment. Additionally you may phone one of our stores and place the order over the telephone.
