He has been sewn from a gorgeously soft and dense, tonal honey faux fur plush, with velvety-touch paw accents, glossy two-tone brown safety eyes and a stitched cocoa nose to match. He wears a long tailed, velvety-touch red Santa hat with fluffy pom pom and white trim, that features a sprig of two red holly ‘jingle bell’ berries and shaped leaves, with a red and white striped, candy cane satin bow and a velvety-touch, red sack trimmed with white, featuring a red and white twisted satin cord, pull string tied as a bow framing his embroidered “Ho Ho Ho”. All of this and he been gently stuffed with premium, soft poly fill, whilst also being part-bean filled for that tactile, must-have, squidgy soft feel.

Order was placed from US and although the address was confirmed by the company and delivery date was given, our gift for our grandchild’s birthday was delivered 5 days after promised date. The tracking showed that the box was sitting waiting for delivery but no update or explanation could be gotten. No gift for our grandchild’s birthday. I am very disappointed.
