shipped out my order fast and no problems. However I didnt get a tracking number on my order even though it was shipped with signed for service.

Site was quite user friendly, unfortunately sent this gift to a friends house but was processed fast

Great communication, went to a lot of trouble to fulfil my request. I was really pleased with the outcome. The lady I dealt with was fantastic, (Elaine) and I was so pleased with the two steiff animals which I purchased and she made sure I received them in time for my granddaughters birthdays.
