Service was great, the only problem I had was that I ordered a Bashful Jellycat that was shown as in stock on their website, completed the purchase and then the next day received an email stating that in fact the item wasn't in stock. They apologised so I was happy with that and just chose another colour. Was impressed that they gave a personal service and tried to call me to inform me before emailing me - that shows good customer service. But 4 stars from me as the website should have been updated to show correct stock.

Swift service and - to be dull for a moment - very good protective packaging to keep the product safe in the post. Very happy - thank you.

I bought this for a baby thats yet to be born. I love Steiff bears so what better gift to give new born that will still be around long after the baby grows have worn out. I chose the fox as its one of the dad’s favourite animals. It was delivered super quick and its so soft and swishy I may just end up keeping it for myself ☺️
