One of the new 2019 additions to the Steiff Looney Tunes Family is Pepe Le Pew, the lovelorn French skunk who first appeared in 1945 in the aptly named ‘Odor-able Kitty’. Now in collaboration with Warner Bros, Steiff have created a wonderful Limited Edition Pepe Le Pew.

The seductive and smelly skunk – Pepe Le Pew is 34cm/13″ tall with a turn-able head and moveable arms, plus flat paws so that he can stand unaided. He has been sewn from two luxurious short pile mohairs in black and white, with a denser pile for his tail and head tuft, along with a defined character sculpted face, including his chubby cheeks encasing his wide mouth and embroidered ‘Looney Toons animation’ features. Of course being a skunk, he has to have a majestic tail, continuing the stripe of white along his back. Pepe is a true romantic, he tries to be alluring and charming, yet is totally oblivious that it’s his own smell that’s putting the girls off. A must for any fan or collector of the famed Warner Bros characters.
This inspired anthropomorphic skunk is a Worldwide Limited Edition of only 1,500 pieces and will come to you boxed, with his numbered certificate of authenticity.

Bought this as ag if the along with jellycat dancing darcy hippo for twin girls aged 2. Absolutely perfect. Didn't want to give them away.
