26/08/2011Sooty was as charming as you might expect and, and in most respects, it was made to Steiffs' usual high quality. Unfortunately one of the eyes did have a tiny flaw and, as the bear was intended to be given as a Christmas gift, I felt we couldn't accept the original. However, Elaine was extremely kind and helpful and, when I explained the problem, arranged for an immediate replacement to be sent (which was fine).
