If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it, at your cost, in its original condition, unused with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. This should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item and packaging is undamaged and the item is unused.

Refunds exclude the cost of giftwrapping, or personalised products, or your costs in returning the item to us, and for any upgraded postage options and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with labels attached, all packaging, and certificates where supplied, ie in the condition that you received them and not contaminated.

Faulty Products
Please email us with the issue, with photos, so we can quickly resolve the issue, for faulty products within 30 days of receipt we would either offer a refund/repair/replace the item dependent on the nature of the problem.

For items that are over 30 days from receipt, but less than six months, we would attempt repair on return, and if this wasn't possible offer a replacement.

Please note a faulty product, is not a ripped or torn product through agressive play, soft toys are for cuddling or facial expression :)
