Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. Please note Paypal payments are immediate.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice upon shipping. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, i.e. we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note products may vary as library pictures are used, sizes are generally tip to toe, so for bears sitting they around around 2/3 of the size. Items are handmade so airbrushing, stuffing, finishing, looks, colour etc can vary, if you are after a specific face look, we are more than happy to take a photo on request of the actual item to be shipped.

Priority in stock orders are generally processed by 2pm on working days, any problems on availability we will email you.

Mail is collected from us working days only, so if you get a dispatch notification on a non-working day, it is all packed up ready for next working day collection.
We will require proof of delivery so all items whih may signature upon delivery.
In the unlikely event the item has sold out, you can be rest assured its already on order, and should be dispatched to you within 28 days. Where this is not feasible due to supply problems we will let you know.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Our business is operated from United Kingdom and VAT is added to all orders, and is inclusive within the price shown. Currency of the transaction is GBP, Sterling, £.
Where parcels are sent outside the EU, the price remains the same with the VAT portion contributing towards postage and packing. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

Q. Poorly Bear?
If a problem occurs in loving your bear in the first month from receipt, please contact us regarding repair, replacement, or refund.
For loved bears owned upto six months from receipt, where there is a manufacturer fault as opposed to wear and tear (love), we will endeavour to repair the item, or provide a replacement if the repair is ineffective. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
For loved bears that have been owned over six months that develop a problem through normal usage, such as a tear, burst seam, we suggest using a Teddy Bear Hospital if collectible, a local seamstress, or a family friend who is great at sewing.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will use the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order for the purpose of fulfilling that order. For furfilled orders we delete the transaction personal details at a minimum of yearly interval.
Along with, or instead of, placing an order you may have sent an enquiry to us, in which we will use the information you've provided to respond to and answer the enquiry.
We may contact you by telephone, email or other means in relation to your order, for example: notifying you of delivery status, updating you on stock availability or informing you of changes with the order. You cannot opt out of these communications. We will never combine these communications with marketing promotions that you have a legal right to opt out of.
We may use your data for marketing purposes but will always provide a means for you to opt out. We may occasionally use the data you supplied, in our own Legitimate Interest, to send details of products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. If we share information with a third party, such as a payment gateway or delivery company, their use of your data will be limited to the purpose of fulfilling your order.
After your purchase, we use a third party customer feedback service to send you an email and request for your feedback, which you may choose to leave. The feedback is held on the customer feedback service's website and on our website. The service provider we use is FEEFO.

WHAT DATA DO WE HOLD?
We hold the personal data that you supplied in the course of placing your order or enquiry.
The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order.
We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, live chat, CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and phone.
We will not seek personal information from you relating to race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical or genetic history and we ask you not to provide such information to us under any circumstances.
HOW WE HOLD YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will retain the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order or an enquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling that order, responding to or processing that enquiry.
If you place an order outside of the UK, we will retain an electronic copy of your invoice data for the period required by HMRC, under VAT regulations after which we will delete it.
Your information will be: securely stored on hardware that has limited access to only relevant persons; and on a server maintained by a third party such as a web host. Whether held by us on our hardware, or on our behalf by a third party, it will be kept secure and protected from unauthorised access using all reasonable means.
CO-OPERATING WITH LEGAL AUTHORITIES
If requested, we will pass information about you (and if relevant, your business) to legal authorities who have the legal right to demand such data.

If youve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it, at your cost, in its original condition with proof of purchase and well exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, wed expect this to mean that youve kept packaging and labels, and that the item and packaging is undamaged and unused.
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, or personalised products, or your costs in returning the item to us, or for upgraded postage options and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with labels attached, all packaging, and certificates where supplied, ie in the condition that you received them and not contaminated.
For trade sales (to businesses, paid by business cards, business paypal, personnel card, volume sales and multiple items) all sales are final. Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any returns subject to agreement with 7 days of receipt, and will incur a 10% restocking charge.
