Customer service exelant. Needed 2 of the same item, rang me on date expected to be in stock and posted order the same day. Can't ask more then that, so pleased they arrived in time for Christmas. Excellent service as usual. This is the 3rd item i have purchased over the last 2 years for my grandchildren. This time a Stief Rabbit for my new grandaughter. It arrived quickly and nicely packaged including a presentation box. It is a nice size and soft something she can cherise for years.
