As I have already told you, I was delighted with your help over this product which was out of stock initially. As promised, you notified me as soon as it was available and did not try and 'pretend' it would be in earlier than it was. The item itself is fantastic. There's a little weight to it, making it feel more realistic to hold. The cat is fairly life-like, as on a couple of occasions, I've thought it was our cat sat on the sofa. The fur feels lovely and the eyes are such a bright shade of blue. This was perfect for our needs, as it closely resembled our cat, who passed away. The children have taken great comfort from their toy cat.

Absolutely no problems. The year steiff teddy bear was just as it should be and delivery was very quick. Thank you
