world of bears sent the bear in the time expected, and it was in excellent condition. i would recommend them to anyone. reasonable prices too.

product is cute and my daughter loved it however the tail was folded over in packing leaving a dent in the stuffing which - a few days later and despite some massage!! - is still indented so the tail flops over to one side. As this was an expensive item poorly packed I would not purchase again. I really don't want to take the time and costs to return this
