I was looking for my daughter's lost favourite stuffed monkey. Elaine helped a lot and was super in all our communication. The new monkey was dispatched immediately. Those bears are kind and offer excellent service!
Good service, but one item not available which delayed my whole order. I would have preferred to receive the available items immediately.
