Excellent from start to finish, Elaine was so helpful with my queries and my choices, I made several telephone calls to her with regards to my celebration bear for my daughter in laws birthday, every time she was attentive, patient and at all times more than happy to help, especially in double checking that my bear was personalised exactly as I wished it to be. Elaine kindle let me know when the bear arrived from Germany and the day that they were posting it. This company definitely go the extra mile in making you and you order special.
