I sent an email asking if they could send some pictures of the Greg bears they had in stock. They did, and I chose which one. Unfortunately when I received him I noticed ( only by stroking under chin) that the stitching was untidy and not smooth. I took him back the next day and choose another Greg. This one is perfect and much better stuffed too. The lady was lovely and helpful to me.
Very fast and efficient
A gorgeous guinea pig arrived very quickly in a pretty pink gauze bag which my grand-daughter will love. So pleased with item and speed of delivery but the bag is the icing on the cake!
