Sorry to say this but the bear wasn't properly sewed, as the threads were coming off & the head dangled, made my girl cry but we gave it another stitch in time to save it!
Overall good, but check out options for bear box/bag wasnt clear, was hoping for a nice Steiff box and got a bad.Also was expecting a nice (plastic bank card size) gift card, not a hand written normal 'kitty' card, which sadly I lothe, would not have paid £1.99 extra had I know.But otherwise very prompt service and delivery.
