The only issue I had was that the website was slightly contradictory in its 'free delivery' pricing structure. On the small banner on the right it said orders £15 and over were free delivery. I had Boppity boing monkey in my basket and it said I had to spend £0.00 to qualify for free delivery...but when I went to check out it added the delivery charge on. I called up to explain my frustration and unfortunately was told that in fact you had to spend over £15 - contrary to the website information. In the end I found the cheapest thing in the shop and added it to my basket as that was still cheaper than the delivery charge. But, I was not happy about this. I hope someone is able to update the website to reflect this
