Heccaty is from high-quality fluffy mottled plush with shiny black safety eyes set in large cream circles, his black velvety witch’s hat is decorated with a purple band, embroidered gold buckle and an orange feather. He is filled with polyester fibres and PE beans. He will make a fun addition to an owl or Halloween collection.
