Had an initial email to confirm order and to say one of the purchases was out of stock (and loved the 'bearie hugs'!). Then shortly afterwards had a phone call from Elaine (I think that is her name) to let me know that this particular item was now discontinued. She came over so friendly and warm, sorted the order out and everything was delivered so promptly. That lady is a gem.And the soft toys ..... gorgeous.

The teddy we received surpassed all expectations, it is beautifully made and so life-like in many ways. When I placed the order I was slightly worried about the cost but when I received the item I certainly felt it was money very well spent and my son loves it.
