This lovely bear was created for Danbury Mint as their ‘Bear of the Year’ in 2002
The Bear of the Year is fully jointed and is wearing a pale blue satin ribbon with a Steiff bear pendant which reads ‘2002’. He is made with a golden wheat coloured short pile mohair and brown felted paw pads with black eyes and brown stitching for his nose and claws.
