The order was processed and delivered very quickly, which was appreciated. My only issue was the way it was packed. It was purchased as a last minute Christmas present and it was packed in an outer plastic sleeve, opening the item up to damage in transit. There was an inner bag, that was nice, but it was too small for the bear. I have tried to show this in the 2 pictures attached. I have ordered from World of Bears before and will do again.
