Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your online purchase, please return it, at your cost, in its original condition, unused with proof of purchase and we will refund it.

This should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item and packaging is undamaged and the item is unused.

Refunds exclude the cost of gift-wrapping, or personalised products, or your costs in returning the item to us, and for any upgraded postage options and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

If you originally qualified for free standard shipping and returned part of the order, if outward shipping is due it will be deducted from the refund.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with labels attached, all packaging, and certificates where supplied, ie in the condition that you received them and not contaminated.

Any UK Return to Sender or undeliverable items the return will be charged at £3.99.

Returns can be made by post or in person, please note in person returns will be processed as an on-line return and cannot be processed at the tills.  Returns by any method take upto 7 days to be processed from receipt,

Please note all Non-UK (International) orders whether rejected/returned, , the amount refunded will be the total less the actual cost of shipping, customs charges and returns charges which maybe higher than the contribution paid.

We do not accept returns from businesses

Trade Returns

For trade sales (to businesses, paid by business cards, business paypal, personnel card, volume sales and multiple items) all sales are final. Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any returns subject to agreement.

Faulty Products

Please email us with the issue, with photos, so we can quickly resolve the issue, for faulty products within 30 days of receipt we would either offer a refund/repair/replace the item dependent on the nature of the problem.

For items that are over 30 days from receipt, but less than six months, we would attempt repair on return, and if this wasn’t possible offer a replacement.

Please note a faulty product, is not a ripped or torn product through aggressive play, soft toys are for cuddling or facial expression 🙂
