I would wholeheartedly recommend World of Bears for their “above and beyond” commitment to customer service. On ordering online a large Hermann penguin for my adult daughter’s birthday, the company had accepted payment only to realise it had no stock. A direct delivery from the German supplier, was arranged on my behalf without any intervention from myself and with no expectation to meet extra shipment costs. The penguin duly arrived safe and sound. I can’t praise World of Bears enough for their professional, no-nonsense attitude.
