A very good service
My order still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks since ordering. When I asked for clarification World of Bears told me it was held up by the Italian postal service (no further explanation required). But they were happy to take the money and no follow up from their side. If they have problems shipping abroad they should either change their courier or stop shipping abroad.
My daughter was over the moon with the unicorn. It's perfect.
