The fact that it comes with an added personalised message was lovely, as these two teddies were gifts for our young children to comfort them following the loss of their pet. We were able to personalise the message to give them some comfort, which was a lovely touch. The children are delighted with their new teddies and take them everywhere. They have helped them through a difficult time.
