Steiff Dormili rabbit arrived very quickly but sadly there was a scratch on one of the eyes. I notified them immediately and the lady was most helpful and sent out another even before the faulty one was received by them so that it was here for Christmas. A very pleasing company to deal with thank you

Had an initial email to confirm order and to say one of the purchases was out of stock (and loved the 'bearie hugs'!). Then shortly afterwards had a phone call from Elaine (I think that is her name) to let me know that this particular item was now discontinued. She came over so friendly and warm, sorted the order out and everything was delivered so promptly. That lady is a gem.And the soft toys ..... gorgeous.
