A bit disappointing. Delivery was first of all delayed. When the delivery was scheduled ,the carrier did not arrive during the timeslot given in the tracking (arrived 2-3 hours later). This item was a surprise gift for a family member. I had been watching out for the delivery throughout the timeslot to collect the package. Unfortunately, because of the delay, the parcel was collected by the family member for whom it was a surprise gift. Imagine my reaction when I found that the cardboard box in which the item was packed was covered in very large, very prominent and extensive "World of Bears" writing. What idiot came up with that Idea!. I do a great deal of online shopping and have NEVER come across this before. So NOT A SURPRISE GIFT after all! For this alone, as a matter of principle, I will never purchase anything from you again.

The items arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Service good. But I went to my local garden centre a few days after, and they had the same bear for half the price I bought from you.
