Beautiful bear of excellent quality

Old fashioned kindness. I wanted a particular bear and most stockists are out of stock of him. This shop had them but is too far away but I like to choose soft toys myself as they all vary a bit. Their price was also that stated on the manufacturer's website and less than some others. The lovely Elaine was so helpful and kindly sent me pictures of the bears they had of the type I wanted so I could choose one myself!! That's what I call excellent customer service.
