The bear is gorgeous! Excellent quality. A perfect present
I used to make the huge trip down to Taunton from Coventry to visit this shop and yearly I would get a Charlie Bear. This year though the shop showed their true colours. We were shouted at on entry to 'GET OUT. CAN'T YOU READ MORONS!' by a man behind the counter. The door had been propped open so we didn't see the closed sign. But instead of politely saying they were closed for renovations and to come back another day, this horrid man blew his top at us. I am a 52 disabled person being assisted by my husband. I'm never going back there. This man was mean and rude. He has lost our custom permanently. If I could have put no stars, I would.
These bunnies are just adorable, soft and wonderful not only for small children!
Excellent service item arrived as promised.
