Excellent would buy again though this little husky looks like it could last a lifetime Despite my daughter being teen wolf and quite a snuggler

Easy to select items and make the purchase. Communications good throughout so I knew each stage from ordering to delivery. Notification of delivery slot so I could make arrangements if necessary. Goods beautifully packaged. I really felt this company cared about its goods and its customer. Excellent service throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Didn't look anything like the PICTURES or the animal it's suppose to represent. More like a bunny rabbit than a cocker spaniel. Unlike the pictures repenting the item when I went to purchase it, it had a short snout, different colour and the fur was completely different. For AU$100.00+ plus all the extra charges, it was a real let down. Didn't bother asking for a refund as it would've cost me me more money and hassle to send it back than I need right now. Bought the soft toy for my girlfriend who lost her cocker spaniel recently - as she's had a tough time getting over it and I felt like an idiot when she got this bunny-looking creature instead of the beautiful cocker spaniel plush toy you had falsely advertised on your retail site. Not impressed at all!

Beautifully made toy, extremely realistic. Bought to replace a pet that had recently died, and has been a great comfort for a heart broken little girl!
