I normally buy a small Steiff gift when acquaintances have babies but I always want to get my choice just right. On the telephone I spoke to a lady who could not have been more helpful. In addition, presentation has been a bit of an issue for me as the in the past I have been sold boxes by other suppliers which have been totally the wrong size and as such, I have been unable to use them. World of Teddy's has chosen to sell their bears with the box included - and the box was the perfect size. The item arrived the next day, beautifully packaged and the small comforter looked really cute 'peeping up' from her box. I will definitely be buying all my future purchases from this retailer in the future. Customer service at its total best and for I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you.
