Super easy and fast ordering also delivery was quicker than I expected. The quality of the bear is so good perfect for my toddler to keep and play with. We got this bear as our dog had to be put to sleep and my son (3years) wanted his doggy home it was the next best thing and he loves it thank you so much you helped console a broken hearted family.
