Beautiful Barnes and Snowden arrived well packaged and on time. They were dispatched within 24 hours of ordering and arrived within the timeframe. They are both gorgeous bears. Barnes is soft soft and I love his tinkly collar. Snowden is a true treat, he has the most pawfect growl ♥️ so happy with them both

⭐️ 1‑Star ReviewI am extremely disappointed with my experience at World of Bears.I purchased the wrong Jellycat teddy and returned to the shop within two minutes of the purchase to ask for a simple exchange, Despite this, I was flatly refused and met with behaviour that I found rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.It is genuinely shocking that a shop selling children’s toys would show such a complete lack of flexibility and basic customer service over a straightforward exchange made moments after purchase. There was no attempt to be accommodating or understanding—just an unwelcoming attitude and rigid, unreasonable policies.I usually make a point of supporting small independent businesses, but this experience has put me off completely. I will not be returning and would not recommend this shop to others based on the poor customer service I received.A real shame, as this could have been resolved easily with a bit of common sense and courtesy.
