Ordered a 2017 bear. Unfortunately I received a 2018 bear. I called customer service and they were brilliant. They arranged for the correct bear to be sent to me next day and also arranged return delivery notes so I could send the other back. Couldn't ask for better service☺️
Price and delivery. Bear has been shipped to Australia as a gift perhaps offering international shiwould be useful. Can't comment on actual bear as it was so well packed I didn't open it.
