I am a customer of The World of Bears since a few years already and they are always very responsive to every need. During Christmas Time I desired a bear that was not ready yet in the store and they kindly arranged with Merrythought to make the bear and send him to me. I received everything in perfect conditions directly from the factory. I was very pleased. I look forward for the next bear!
