31/10/2015I have found the service at World of Bears is exceptionally good. I have never had any problems either recieving or ordering bears and the staff are always friendly and polite and maintain a good relationship giving clear information about the order that has been placed. I use their service regularly because of their exceptional high standard.
19/04/2010I ordered 2 items, a pug and a bear, both happened to be Hermann toys. Within 24 hours I was told that the pug was in stock but the bear would not arrive until the 18th December. This was a bit of a worry as they were both Christmas presents. As it happened they turned up in perfect condition a day or two early. I've bought from WoTB before (2 different Manufacturers), and always receive good service. Thank you, Brian Smith.
