I bought a ‘My First Bear’ for my second granddaughter from you. I bought the first Bear from a shop and can in a free Box the same size as the Bear. Your Bear was delivered with a Box, which I’d paid extra for, which was approx half the size of the Bear. Consequently the Bear was folder and squashed into the Box. Very disappointing for my second granddaughter.
