Quality item
The bear was smaller than I thought but was good quality. The packaging was disappointing as the box was much larger than the bear. The gift wrapping was charged for but it didn't seem to be wrapped which was disappointing.
Excellent selection of quality products and delivered in good time
I had a slight issue with being sent the wrong product, however World of Bears couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting it out. The owner rang me on a Sunday when I sent the email to apologies and assure me it would all be sorted with no effort from myself. The bear I ordered was excellent quality.
