First class. I was a new customer and that brings about the usual miss given. No need to worry about this shop on line. Company was first rate, goods arivied on time , well raped up and it was obviously care had been taken on customer service . The elephant was delivered right on time, very well packaged. It is a beautiful toy for a baby or toddler. Quite quiet music...very gentle.
