the bear was absolutely beautiful, i was really pleased with it and i'm sure when my daughter Claire receives it for her birthday she will love it too.
I had to place my order over the phone (not online) and the lady who took my order was just lovely. And my Cuddle Signature Puppy arrived a couple of days later. And is just adorable!
I ordered a bear on Friday lunch time, just before departing for uk for imminent birth of grandchild. The bear arrived well packed, safe & sound on the Monday, day before baby arrived. Fantastic service - would recommend to folk.
