The staff are absolutely fantastic, very cheerful and delighted to help you. Have used the Taunton branch several times; always greeted with a smile, though try not smiling when you are surrounded by thousands of Teddy bears!
I originally ordered another item that was out of stock. The company contacted me about the problem within a day of my order, and they were very courteious with all of the contacts.
Competitively priced. This was for my daughter who has 4 Jellycat blossom bunnies already and this was a lovely one to add to the collection. Really lovely color.
