Excellent customer service, kept me up to date when a bunny was late arriving and providing a back up plan if needed. Regular e mails. Elaine couldn't do enough to help.
I bought one for my first son just over a year ago and he loves it. So wanted to buy one for my baby I am expecting beginning of March. Lovely product!
