Their service was almost perfect.. the product excellent much better than I was expecting perfectly packaged and better than the images. the only thing I couldnt do was order more than two of the item in one go...not a big deal really but will be buying again

Very disappointed with bear which was stuffed into an organza bag which when removed from it the bear was flattened squashed and very ugly. Why the bag? to save space I expect. With lots of manipulating of the bear it is now ok but the joy of receiving it was ruined by the packaging. The service and other items - greetings cards were fine but will not buy any more soft toys from you.
Really nice fox, like its sitting position. Good size and like the fluffy tail.
