This fascinating mammal is related, albeit distantly, to tree dwelling sloths. It’s the Giant Anteater, depicted by the masters of realism, Hansa.
The Giant Anteater is a L35 cm x W11 cm x H17 cm, (13.7″x4.3″x6.6″), plush soft toy. He has been sewn from a mix of luxurious plush, to resemble that of his living counterpart. This giant anteater has a genuine realistic form and has been crafted from a dense and semi-fluffy, pale grey-tipped, dark grey mid-pile, with dense black, short-pile markings, plus velvety-smooth inner ears and claws. He has glossy, two-tone brown safety eyes, that shine down his long snout to his nose, whilst delicately applied hand painting and shading, for shape and definition, brings his character to life. All of this and he is wonderfully soft and cuddly, with a delightfully tactile touch.
He has internal supports to retain his pose.
