A prompt friendly telephone call after I place my order on line, to let me know there would be a delay in the delivery because of their supplier and that the bear would be a bit bigger than ordered because the one I had wanted was no longer available. There would be no extra charge. A second prompt response to a message I left on their answer machine because the bear had not arrived as we neared Christmas. An assurance that the bear would be on its way very shortly and would definitely arrive in good time for Christmas proved to be correct.
