My little bear arrived adorned with a pretty pink dress..Ooops,she had holes in her nick nicks, I rang with my issue and it was solved by sending her a new dress along side Apologies..All's well that ends well.
Until now everything is fine. I have not yet received my bear. But that takes extra time after Brexit. I live in Denmark. But I expect it will all be OK
