Awesome customer service...twice! The bear I ordered wasn’t it stock but Mama Bear quickly emailed and offered a fantastic alternative. MamaBear subsequently also assisted my mother in law when she phoned to get the bear’s dimensions - as she was making the bear a sleeping bag :-D
