Very attentive to special instructions when I telephoned, and which is the people not any clever web stuff. Unfortunate delay with my product.
Part of my order was required as a gift for a birthday occurring a few days after ordering. The other part of the order was not in stock. I was contacted by email with this little glitch. After explaining the situation, it was remedied with the first part of the order arriving the next day.
