Prompt service,Rupert Bear arrived safely in a pretty organza bag. The young recipient has still to receive his present due to COVID restrictions but will be delighted to find a bear who is soft and cuddly and more important has his name written on the jumper.

Bear ordered arrived promptly with very good communication , unfortunately it was the wrong one , due I think to a labeling error. They promptly and efficiently sorted out the problem and shipped the right bear (who is lovely according to my partner). True measure of a good company, when things go wrong do they fix it fast.
