Love this bear, I have quite a few steiff and charlie bear's myself, but had to get this soft cuddly bear as a first teddy for my granchild that is due in December.
Fast service and easy website to use. The box was massive for the backpack but the backpack needed to be folded to fit, it will be ok and the creases should drop out so not a complaint but a bubble envelope that the bag din't needed to be folded to fit into would have been better x
